Disk Cleanup
Disk Cleanup is a build-in Windows tool which you can use to automatically remove unwanted and/or unneeded files from your system.
Disk Cleanup in Windows 7, Vista and XP
- Click on the Start button in the bottom left corner of your screen
- Click on All Programs, then Accessories, then System Tools and lastly Disk Cleanup
- Select the drive you want to clean up
- Check or uncheck the files you want to remove in the window that pops up
- Click OK to delete the files
